Refund Policy

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available for any digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, eBooks, PDFs, workbooks, audio files, video trainings, templates, and self-paced programs.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content and waive any right to a refund.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for support. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Coaching Programs & Courses

Coaching refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted in writing

• The request is made within 15 days after the official end date of the program

• The client fully participated in the program and completed required activities

• The client experienced no meaningful progress or breakthroughs as a result of the program

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Own Your Damn Power™.

No refunds will be issued for lack of participation, change of mind, scheduling issues, personal circumstances, or failure to implement the material.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access to all products, programs, and services.
